Multiple Exposure gives kids the tools to express themselves through instant photography, interact with their environment, and learn what it means to be an artist.

Multiple Exposure (MX): Arts Mastery Program is funded by the Cleveland Foundation Arts Initiative and is an arts workshop for middle school and high school students in Cleveland that enables participants to express their creativity through photography via access to instant film cameras. This program brings photography to students in the community and will provide a high quality immersive arts education experience by focusing on mastering the skill of visual storytelling and the craft of photography.

M/X emerged out of a need that we saw in Cleveland public schools arts funding which has been drastically cut over time. We looked in our own backyard, in the city of Cleveland where we partner with exceptional community organizations that recognize the transformative role that arts play in our lives. We asked them to help identify marginalized students that lack access to arts education in their schools.

Meet some of our students! MX serves many children throughout the City of Cleveland and the surrounding area.
